工作内容

• Description:* The role of the Mechanical Design engineer will be to work with senior engineers to design and create 3D models and assemblies of different components and mechanisms within the robotics department. The selected candidate will be working 70 % onsite and 30 % remote while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary engineering team to develop state of the art robotics. Other duties include identifying problem areas, propose design modification or improvements and approving the mechanical designs. Candidate will support manufacturing and validate/prove the design by conducting tests on the product hardware according to the mechanical loading environment. Other duties include:
• Generate analysis reports and create mechanical test plans and reports.
• Identifies risks, proposes solutions and develops mitigation strategies.
• Investigate problems/failures during development and test *Skills & Qualifications:* MUST HAVE 1: 5 years of Mechanical Design experience
  
  

MUST HAVE 2: experience designing machined parts and drivetrain components MUST HAVE 3: experience creating 3D models in NX and Teamcenter

MUST HAVE 4: GD&T
