Description:
Think of this opportunity as the intersection between account management, marketing strategy and execution. The successful candidate will work with the Marketing Manager, Commercial Partnerships (Brands) along with internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver exceptional campaigns across various channels. These campaigns involve Community Partners like Pride and The United Way as well as many other partner brands from a variety of industries. This person thrives in an ambiguous environment and is comfortable chasing after new challenges and opportunities to drive results.

What’s On Your Plate:
  • Critical Thinking: Leverage data and insights to develop win-win strategies to support our non-resto partners
  • Solutions-Based Marketing: Work with Marketing Manager to identify win-win strategic solutions that drive growth for Skip and our partners. You recognize that balancing the needs of partners with the demands of our business is a fine art.
  • Executional Excellence: Use your strong attention to detail to excel in a dynamic, hands-on environment. You take accountability for all execution elements while working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders. You love to learn and when something isn’t clear you figure it out.
  • Stakeholder Management: Support National Partnership Managers (NPMs) in strengthening and deepening partner relationships. Maintain strong relationships with Creative, Digital, Product, Ops, Comms, Legal and other key stakeholders.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Have a pulse on the latest food trends, Skip innovation/tools, your partners’ businesses and marketing best practices.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Work with Business Intelligence to analyze campaign performance, optimize throughout and deliver insightful reports that lead to your recommendation of new initiatives. Work with internal stakeholders to compile timely and insightful QBRs.
  • Communication: Exercise clear and concise communication to “sell” your ideas.

Recipe for success:
  • Post secondary education with 2-3 years of marketing and/or partnership management experience
  • Experience delivering end-to-end campaigns involving creative, digital, social, media, eCRM and other tactics
  • Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
  • Grittiness and willingness to roll up your sleeves with a “get it done” attitude
  • Experience building partnerships with CPG, fintech and community brands
  • Strong customer-centric approach
  • Good financial and data acumen
  • Strong communicator that can use storytelling skills to craft a compelling narrative
  • Opportunity spotter
  • Highly proficient in Google Suite
  • Curious individual with a great attitude and who’s hungry to learn and grow at a rapid pace
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Good understanding of digital marketing tactics
  • Fast learner, organized & reliable

Nice to have:
  • Foundational knowledge of the restaurant industry
  • Agency experience
  • Tableau, Google Data Studio or other data visualization platforms
  • Asana, Jira, Trello or other project management platforms
