Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of a retail establishment in the field of optics; Manage staff and assign tasks;
• Fit, adjust, replace and sell ophthalmic lenses;
• Adjust and follow up on contact lens clients;
• Take measurements and cut / edit;
• Solve vision problems;
• Ensure the achievement of the sales objectives of the store;
• Assume the management of activities related to the operation of the store;
• Establish and ensure the application of standards, procedures and programs established by the marketing department;
• Ensure rigor to the New Look sales protocol;
• Provide customer service in line with the standards established by New Look and respond to customer requests and problems;
• Determine staffing needs, including hiring, training and retention of staff.
