At Rogers, we make more possible, and planning is at the heart what we do. We are seeking a proactive, structured and organized Manager for the Wireless Supply Planning and Ops team. This individual will work in lockstep with various organizational primes to plan out and operationalize the Supply forecast to meet the needs of the business and financial KPI’s for various categories within the Wireless device and accessory portfolios.

This position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Wireless Device Ops Planning and works very closely with various organizations primes and OEM partners.

What you will be doing:

  • Working closely with sales, marketing, pricing and finance teams to better understand the demand forecast drivers and work to maximize accuracy and in-stock availability in the planning and replenishment functions

  • As a key member to the S&OP planning forum, you will seek organizational alignment on all aspects of supply availability and replenishment plans

  • Once the supply plan has been aligned to internally, collaborate with external OEM partners to plan out production requirements to meet delivery requests over a rolling 13-week time horizon.

  • Meet or exceed internal KPI’s, inventory and turns targets while ensuring Service Levels and In-Stock targets are met

  • Working with various portfolio managers, marketing and sales teams you’ll operationalize the supply and replenishment plan to ensure inventory availability from launch through lifecycle and discontinuation of your product category

  • Drive the development and execution of special projects across the supply planning team

  • Work effectively cross functionally with peer groups in identifying, prioritizing and delivering on a wide range of projects and initiatives

  • Pursue continuous improvement within each of the planning processes

  • Daily or weekly reporting may be required

  • Ad-hoc requests

What you will bring:

  • 5-7 years professional experience in Supply planning, Inventory management, Demand Planning or Product Management, preferably in the Wireless or Telecommunications industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or a closely related field required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience

  • Strong business and financial acumen, being able to drive insights from available data and effectively communicate their value to the business and key stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational, leadership/decision making, creative problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment

  • Exceptional storytelling, deck development and presentation skills.

  • Outstanding analytics skills, being comfortable performing complex data analysis and presenting to key stakeholders.

  • Strong vendor management, relationship and negotiation skills

  • Ability to define and prioritize initiatives while working cross-functionally and managing complex stakeholder relationships.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and to turn concepts into a plan.

Great-to-haves:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products, with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL or SAS database management

  • ERP and Integrated Planning software suites (i.e. Oracle, Kinaxis, Logility or SAS)

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
