We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.As part of the Ethics and Compliance team (E&C), you will be primarily leading a dedicated team of Specialists overseeing several aspect of the company’s Ethics & Compliance programIn your role, you will:

• Lead, develop, implement & oversee E&C Programs
• Lead Reporting Activities for Board, Audit Committee & Senior Management
• Lead Risk Management & Compliance Testing Framework activates
• Develop & manage E&C related Policies & Procedures
• Oversee the international Ambassador network

As our ideal candidate,

• You have a bachelor’s degree or pertinent experience.
• You have between 10 to 15 years of experience working in a compliance, audit or legal role and environment (a plus).
• You are comfortable working with senior management.
• You have excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• You have the ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
• You thrive in a deadline-driven, results-oriented environment and have the flexibility to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
• You have solid computer knowledge; strong MS office knowledge is a requirement, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• You are bilingual (strong French & English speaking and writing skills).
