Digital Marketing Manager - B2B

As our B2B Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for Skip’s restaurant and courier acquisition. You will create a dedicated team of media specialists and lead the paid performance strategy across Search, Social, Video, Display and Affiliates. We’re looking for an inspirational leader who can drive effective digital campaigns and develop talented high performing teams. Ready for this exciting challenge?

You will be accountable for the strategy, planning and execution for all in-house paid digital campaigns. You’re able to achieve our goals using numerous platforms and channels, such as Google Adwords, Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, among others. By building an in-depth understanding of business priorities, you’re able to define a strategy that meets all our business objectives. Using your strategic skills, you’ll also build and implement data-driven plans to optimize our campaigns and manage projects within the Performance Marketing team from start to end.

You’ll bring your wide knowledge of paid digital campaigns and optimization for performance to the table. We’re counting on you to set up and optimize scalable campaigns that attract the customer and remain totally up-to-date on everything from courier/resto proposition to innovative ad features.

What’s On Your Plate:
  • Building a holistic digital marketing strategy to support every stage of the customer lifecycle.
  • Be responsible for the wider marketing strategy per market & find new ways to attract high-quality leads, working with other teams such as Brand.
  • Identify growth opportunities, monitor performance and ensure the efficiency of paid digital efforts.
  • Manage large-scale budgets across multiple platforms.
  • Recruit, lead and mentor a team of Specialists on improving the overall strategy for optimization and be part of long-term projects.
  • Delivering agreed targets for each market, improving accounts & using our existing automation capabilities to drive optimization.
  • Owning reporting, from weekly reports to deep dives or quarterly business reviews.
  • Working closely with Brand and our in-house Studio to further develop creative assets, including copy and visuals.
  • Building good relationships with agencies, partners and internal departments: e.g. our internal agency, Digital, CRM, Sales, PR etc.
  • Sharing insights & best practice guides with key collaborators across our marketing operations.
  • Supporting the team in producing strong testing frameworks for creative assets, optimization, structure and setup, helping to boost the number of tests we run at any time.
Recipe For Success:
  • Experience in Digital Marketing roles, with a performance focus.
  • Experience with team management and excellent social skills.
  • Strong analytical, prioritization and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinking skills, with great creative judgement and a test & learn approach.
  • Good working knowledge of lead generation funnels and KPIs in a multichannel environment.
  • Experience leading complex Paid Digital campaigns with sizeable budgets.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, SA360 and Google Analytics.
