The opportunity

The Business Application Technical lead in KPMG’s Microsoft Practice would be responsible for leading and supporting the delivery of Microsoft enterprise solution projects, ranging from custom applications, portals, CRM and data platform implementations.

We are looking for candidates that have passion for technical challenges, show strong analytical and communication skills and have hands-on experience with planning, designing and implementing Microsoft enterprise solutions.

The KPMG Microsoft practice is currently our fastest growing practice. We are seeing tremendous client demand and we don’t anticipate that slowing down.

What You Will Do

• Lead the planning, design and implementation of Microsoft enterprise projects
• Lead, coach and mentor the delivery team, providing leadership and support
• Be directly connected to the client, maintaining open communications, leading meetings, facilitating discussions with business and technical stakeholders
• Develop a solution proposal that includes scope, assumptions, implementation plan, and technology solution options to meet project objectives
• Identify gaps and challenges, provide recommendations and mitigation strategies to senior management and client personnel
• Contribute to pre-sales efforts by providing product, technical, and business expertise for proposals, presentations and/or tailored software demonstrations.
  

What You Bring To The Role

• Knowledge and/or experience with Microsoft enterprise solutions (Microsoft Web Apps, Microsoft Power Apps, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure Data Platform)
• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Management Information Systems
• 4 - 8 years proven experience in consulting environment or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and French
• Experience leading and managing an engagement team
• Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse group of clients
• Proven track record in large scale IT transformation Projects
• Experience with Enterprise Architecture concepts and frameworks
