Looking for your next opportunity?! Our Client is currently looking for a Managed Services Technicianto join their Ottawa/Gatineau team! If you are looking for a new challenge, professional growth and fulfil the following qualifications, this is a role for you!

Responsibilities

• Install, update, and maintain Active Remote Monitoring and Antivirus Solutions, and Microsoft Patch Management
• Service troubleshoot alters and escalate when required
• Provide Managed Services to clientele
• Be available for potential after hours requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Post Secondary education in the IT Sector
• 3+ years experience in Customer Support type roles
• Strong communicator in English (Bilingual in French considered an asset)
• Strong knowledge of IP Networking, supported browsers, Microsoft products and comfortable with Windows and Linux
• High level of professionalism
• VoIP and Telephony experience considered an asset
• Security clearance eligible
