If this sounds like you then this might be the career for you! Randstad’s Industrial Division is recruiting for a Machine Operator for a busy concrete company in Delta, BC. In this position you will be working with multiple machines in a busy concrete production facility.

The ideal candidate for this position will need to be comfortable working in a noisy production environment. You need to be ready and willing to roll your sleeves up and help out your team. Access to reliable transportation is a must as neither location is available on transit and you need to be available and flexible for rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior concrete experience would be an asset
• MUST HAVE experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to work in a busy and noisy environment
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• PPE: Metartsal boots
• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Access to reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts ( Day and afternoon)

Qualifications

Experience required:

Entry level machine operator experience is preferred, experience with hand tools and power tools would be good as well.

Forklift experience is preferred but not required and you will certify them on site.

Comfortable lifting upto 50 lbs.
