PeopleReady of St. Catharines, ON is now hiring Landscapers! As a Landscaper or Groundskeeper, you maintain a property’s lawn orderly, prune bushes, remove weeds, lay mulch, and create layouts as needed.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $15.50 - $16.00 / hour

What you’ll be doing as a Landscaper:

• Follow health and safety policies and procedures ensuring a safe work environment
• Operation of various equipment (lawn mower, trimmers, etc)
• Watering/Tending to plants
• Assist in pruning trees, shrubs and plants
• Loading/offloading landscaping materials and tools
• Transporting soil/dirt/rocks
• Maintain work area(s) and end of shift cleaning
• Planting trees, shrubs, etc
  
  

Available shifts:

Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Own personal pair of CSA Green Tab steel toe boots required
• Frequent lifting of product ranging from 15-50 lbs (more weight with assistance)
• Exposure to various weather conditions
• Ability to work within a team or independently as needed
• General understanding of customer service, principles and practices
