Inventory Coordinator

Responsibilities may include

• Perform critical inventory tasks to ensure the correct number of items are in stock.
• Perform kitting requests as need it
• Deliver complete kits to workstations.
• Manage Two Bin replenishment programs.
• Return empty carts and materials from the workstations to the warehouse.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through the cycle count process.
• Report immediately any quantity discrepancies to the inventory and purchasing team members for necessary adjustments/corrections.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Receive and stage raw and semi-finished materials in proper locations.
• Any other tasks as required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years’ material handling experience
• Hands-on team player that interacts and communicates well with all levels of the organization.
• ERP system experience; SAP would be favorable
• Extensive experience using MS office; in particular Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and able to multi-task in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Ability to operate a forklift is an asset.
