We have been hired to find RNs by a large not-for-profit teaching hospital and level 1 trauma center near New York City. They are in the top 1% of all hospitals in the United StatesThey Are Currently Interviewing ForTo be a part of this prestigious hospital you need 1 year of recent inpatient bedside experience.Med/Surg, Stepdown, Telemetry or General Ward type unitAll Critical Care unitsER, OR, Neuro, Ortho and PsychNICU, Endo, PACU and Preop Nurses: If you are willing to train in the Med/Surg, where they need the most help, you may be able to move into your favorite units later as spots open up.Good job tenure and clinical skills are important. Once you are hired it’s possible to train into any unit or move into management or even become a Nurse Practitioner! Nurses can direct their careers here.All nurses are well respected, considered vital parts of the team, and treated well.?The hospital has hired many foreign nurses in the past, who are still currently with them as RNs, working as Nurse Practitioners and in management?roles.All roles will start with the night shift with the option to move into days in the future.??The schedule is three 12-hour shifts working three nights a week.?The hospital offers great benefits, health insurance, pension and Paid Time Off (PTO).The hourly pay starts at $50/hr!They are open to interviewing nurses who are willing to pass the NCLEX as soon as possible or those who already started the process.?Must be willing to stay with them for a minimum of 3 years in exchange for them sponsoring your Visa.
