DescriptionOur client is looking to add an intermediate geotechnical engineer to their team in Edmonton. This will be a primarily office based role with occasional visits to site. You will report to the team lead who will align you with your tasks for the week/month depending on the size of the project. The role will be made up a combination of scheduling & planning along with looking after the costs and quality checks of the project. You will be expected to communicate on a technical level to clients with recommendations and status updates on the project. You will have to communicate what is needed to advance to the next stages of the projects with ways of resolving issues, followed by preparing proposals for the scope of work.Additional Skills & QualificationsMust Haves

• 1-2 years of previous experience with project tracking, financial budgets and schedules.
• Be able to understand, interpret results and give recommendations
• Be able to write standard geotechnical reports
• 1-2 years of client facing experience
