  • A contract commencement bonus of CAD $400 will be paid after completion of 4 consecutive weeks of service.
  • A contract completion bonus of CAD $800 will be paid after completing 12 weeks service.
  • Suppliers will have the responsibility to deduct/withhold applicable taxes and pay the remaining amount to contractors, and also explain that contractors would receive incentive of $xxxx – applicable taxes. Please make sure you advertise this properly so you set the right expectations with your candidates. They need to be aware you will be deducting applicable taxes so there are no surprises

  • Work Location: 80 King St., St. Catharine’s, ON L2R 7G1 2nd floor. Candidates required to work on CDN/US Holidays. Training start time & how many weeks for training: 6 weeks – Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm EST •Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 9:00am to 6:30pm EST Duration: 12 months contract with possibility of extension. Hourly Pay Rate: $20.43 Vendor must keep the pay rate at $20.43/hr. for all resources Hourly Bill Rate: $27.78 Project Description: Looking for candidates with Social Media Experience (Customer Service Call Center/Sales experience preferred). The candidate will help support and expand our large social media self serve advertising customer base by demonstrating the value of advertising solutions. Proactively outreach to decision-makers over the phone and via email to increase the ROI for their advertisements by optimizing their ad performance and increasing their investments. The assigned book of business will be on a quarterly basis, with new accounts assigned on a monthly basis. This role is expected to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and drive higher advertising spend for small and medium size businesses. Improve client’s experience by driving optimal and appropriate product adoption and manage a portfolio book of SMB clients with responsibility for growing revenue. Provide pre and post-sales assistance for all applicable products. Become an expert on all Social Media Advertising solutions. Ability to identify trends and solve problems. Providing vital product insights feedbacks, from their own experience using Social Media Products and sharing the feedback from the Social Media Advertisers. Champion and produce success stories for advertisers who have had success in growing their business by using the Social Media products. Use a variety of tools to be able to properly communicate and drive advertiser businesses to success. Basic Qualifications • HS Diploma or GED Min 1-yr customer service • Prefer experience working in a sales environment with sales targets or quotas. Superior written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work all shifts as required (including holidays). PC skills and keyboarding skills. Professional Skill Requirements • High level of professional customer service and sales mindset, passion for driving sales through adoptions and spend. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Flexible and quick learners, able to adapt to the continuously evolving needs of both the business and the customer. Strong analytical and decision-making skills that demonstrate good judgment.
