The successful individual for this role will play a pivotal role in SGI’s Corporate Transformation. As such we need a strategic thinker, change leader, someone who is passionate about program development and coaching

This role is responsible for designing, developing, evaluating, facilitating, and coaching of various levels of employees, including leadership teams in SGI and SGI CANADA. You will conduct training needs assessments and ensure that content is engaging, effective, and designed for optimal learner experience.

In this role you will provide a strategic view and approach to learning and ensure alignment and integration with the transformation learning strategy. You will partner with the business on key learning initiatives, ensuring alignment to business outcomes, and support the continuous review and refinement of learning programs to ensure adoption. This role will also focus on contributing to a coaching culture by utilizing their coaching skills within various situations.

This is a permanent, full-time position with the flexibility to work from home and in the office on rotation.

Requirements

You bring a genuine passion for helping organizations transform and are comfortable working in with ambiguity and constant change. You can work independently, seek opportunities to learn and grow, while also valuing collaboration.

We are looking for candidates who have a four-year degree from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study such as Business and a certificate or diploma in adult education along with five years’ experience in human resources, coaching and/or instructional design. . A Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and coaching designation is a definite asset. Alternative combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.
