Candidate must be fluent in French & English. Must be very well organized & able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Duties include National help desk support of incoming phone calls, and e-mails. All Calls must be meticulously entered into our support data base. Troubleshooting Level 1 & 2 support calls from clients for PC, network, and Server issues. The ideal candidate will also learn various enterprise software’s in time and assist the L2 & L3 teams diagnose & repair issues remotely. Dispatch of field engineers when required for onsite break/fix/replace.
