Our showroom concierge is a key member of the team as they are the first point of contact for our guests visiting the dealership. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience with

• Providing exceptional customer service

• Passion for providing hospitality service

• Ability to prioritize and problem solve

As a Greeter/ Concierge you are responsible:

• Greeting and welcoming our Guests with a smile as they enter the showroom and guest lounge.

• Answering and directing internal calls for sales team.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of the guest lounge, coffee machine, drink station and restocking our complementary guest snacks.

• Coordinating vehicle licensing between our Product Advisors and accounting department.

• Working with sales department to provide general adhoc sales support.
