Job Summary

We are looking for a General Farm Worker to work at our Vernon farm. This seasonal position works from May 15 to October 15 with approximately 40 hours of work per week.

Responsibilities

General Farming

• Weeding and trimming hedges
• Miscellaneous landscaping and grass cutting
• Keeping the farm property clean and orderly
• Organic Weed control
• Spraying
• Assist with some other small projects

Requirements

• Onsite work in Vernon, BC, Canada
• Experience operating small engine equipment such as: power washer, leaf blower, farm tractor, lawnmower, garden tiller, tractor and others
• In good physical condition
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence

Compensation

• $16/hour
