We have an incredible opportunity available in the Mississauga area near Matheson and McLaughlin as a service technician. This role is with a leading distributor of large commercial appliances. This individual should be licensed as a Gas 3 technician to perform service repair duties.

Title: Service Technician

Shifts: Days 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Mon-Fri

Location: Matheson and McLaughlin

Pay: $25/hr - $27/hr to start

Day-to-day tasks?

• Performing service technician duties
• Servicing appliances such as washers and dryers at customer sites (commercial)
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical parts on appliances
• Install, adjust and lubricate parts
• Replace worn, damaged or faulty parts and motors
• Power wash and clean machines
• Communicates with service department when machines should be replaced
• Responsible for reporting any deficiencies to the immediate supervisor or manager
• Lifting 50-70lbs
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of industrial experience
• The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of mechanical assembly or technician experience
• The ideal candidate will be in the process of obtaining or has their Gas 3 certification
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
