Imagine Salon and Spa are seeking a skilled Guest Services Representative to join our team. We are leaders in customer service excellence with over 33 years in business. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a premium experience for guests and salon team members. As a leader of the team, you must possess strong leadership, operational management, administration, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports an overall team of Hairstylists and Aestheticians team members

• Responsible for the financial growth and success of the salon, spa, and retail operations

• Ensure that each guest’s needs are met and delivered with extreme attention to their needs

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment of rapid change and shifting priorities

• Lead the salons marketing and sales efforts including social media

• Recruitment and selection of team members

• Telemarketing and customer retention

Qualifiers

• Previous customer service experience in a salon, retail, or hospitality management is an asset

• Previous leadership experience

• Positive attitude with the energy to motivate others

• Creative thinker who is open to trying new ideas

• Ongoing commitment to outstanding client service

• Excellent communication skills

• Excellent computer skills

• Aware of salon success metrics and how to impact them in a positive way

• Open to taking on new challenges as they arise
