Do you need a casual job that fits your life? These early morning shifts might help you make the best use of your time! Start time is 6 AM and we can offer 3-4 shifts per week.

We are looking for a Buffet Food Porter to work in our popular Stages Restaurant & Bar and Mayfield Dinner Theatre!

Food porters are the ones ensuring that the outcomes and eating experience are pleasant in buffet areas.

Responsibilities include:

• Checking levels of product in the buffet and reporting replacement needs to kitchen
• Transporting empty chaffing dishes to the back and replenishing with new freshly made chaffing dishes to the buffet line
• Keeping the buffet area clean, healthy and safe
• Ensuring enough plates and cutlery are available
• Cleaning the serving and eating areas after the restaurant or dinner theatre closes.
• Keeping the entrance area and the food serving areas clean.

Experience, Training and Education (demonstrating requirements):

• Energetic and flexible, able to work under pressure
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous customer service experience an asset
• Self-motivated, creative, capable of working in a team environment
