High Potential Recruiting in cooperation with The Acquisition Group is looking to hire a Financial Sales Representative for their client - President’s Choice Financial. As a Financial Sales Representative, you will demonstrate leadership and leverage your customer service skills while becoming a financial product expert to achieve your sales targets.

As a Financial Sales Representative You Will
  • Be a subject matter expert and advocate for the brand and its financial services
  • Get creative and utilize multiple sales methods to get noticed and engage potential customers
  • Develop meaningful and productive relationships with prospects you have connected with, and educate them on the financial products and services
  • Consult customers in finding an ideal solution for their financial well-being while understanding their needs and meeting their concerns
  • Create excitement around product offerings and be able to effectively sell the advantages of each offer
What You Will Bring
  • Post-secondary education
  • 1-year experience in sales, financial or retail environment (preferred)
  • An outgoing personality and passion for providing a high level of attention and understanding of customer needs
  • Goal-orientated personality with a strong desire to meet and exceed achievable targets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to demonstrate a broad understanding of PC Financial products and services
  • High level of integrity and accountability working with confidential customer information
  • Ability to learn, adapt and overcome challenges of a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to learn and grow in your role within the organization

Availability -

FULL TIME - 35 - 40hrs weekly required (Monday to Sunday)

PART TIME - 20hrs per week required (must be available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts)
