• What we are hiring for: Business Operations Associate (BOA):* The Business Operations Associate (BOA) is responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service to our clients. The BOA is a proficient expert in the management and collection of customer accounts.
• Essential Functions of the BOA:*
• Responsible for managing customer accounts and completing client invoices in a timely manner
• Completing numerous audits of the accounts receivable accounts and ensuring that all invoices and accounts are in good standing
• Touch point calls with clients to investigate any past due balances, resolving any issues while maintaining the highest degree of customer service
• Qualifications:*
• BA / BS degree in Business or Accounting preferred
• Ability to effectively work in a team oriented environment that is fair, open, honest, humble, competitive
• Thorough knowledge of business policies and account management practices
• Strong communication skills and work ethic
• Ability to balance daily workload through effective time management, prioritization and organizational skills
