Our client, one of the big 5 banks in Canada, is hiring for their corporate back office located in Mississauga, ON. This is an entry level role, and the duties will be back office/admin based.

• This is not a customer service or call center role.* This is an* in office* position, *not* a work from home role. Please note that *no accommodations* can be made to work remotely.
• The job duties include, but are not limited to the following:*
• Manage the daily monitors of emails, scanning process and incoming workflow
• Upload client documents to general document housing so employees at the bank can accept business documents on shared platform
• Processing day to day back office banking transactions for branch partners
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Must Have Experience:*
• Previous Data Entry/Typing Based Experience - 1+ Years
• Strong English communication skills (reading and writing)
• Microsoft Office Skills/Knowledge (Basic Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
