Job Description

• Develop test methodology to address new product test requirement.
• Working with global cross-functional teams to ramp new semiconductor products to production.
• Planning and implementing characterization tests on new high-speed (>10GHz) and mixed-signal semiconductor devices using state-of-the art test equipment and dedicated test hardware. These characterization tests will quantify the performance of our cutting edge mixed-signal IP over operating conditions and manufacturing variances.
• Developing custom test hardware and test programs for high volume production testing.
  

Requirements/Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering Physics
• Experience with Advantest 93000 (HP SmarTest)
• Good understanding of semiconductor test methodologies
• Excellent analytical and debugging skills and the ability to proactively solve issues
• Proven ability to learn and adapt to new methodologies and technologies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong scripting and programming skills. Experience using C, C++, Tcl, Perl and Python
• Background in large data analysis
• Thorough knowledge of circuit theory and high speed (>10GHz) signal fundamentals
• Hardware experience of high-speed digital and analog circuits in a lab or test environment
• Design of test hardware such as DUT boards and probe cards
• Knowledge of semiconductor reliability testing
• Knowledge of semiconductor fundamentals and CMOS circuits
• Demonstrated ability to meet schedules
