ACI Brands Inc., is one of Canada’s largest fashion accessory, cosmetic and beauty product companies. Located in Oakville at the Mississauga border, our dynamic company is looking for an E-Commerce - Amazon Specialist. We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic, candidate to join our team.

Responsibilities and Duties

As Amazon Specialist

• Manage product listings of ACI’s Amazon stores on Amazon.ca (Vendor and Seller Central)
• Manage the assortment of store front to keep product assortment and description up to date
• Understand Amazon algorithms to optimize SEO and Key Words search for product listings
• Monitor and analyze Amazon product rankings to generate more organic sales
• Build advertising strategies and execute plans with paid advertising campaigns, pay-per-click ads, and sponsored ads via Amazon Advertising and Amazon Marketing Services
• Screen consumer reviews regularly and respond to consumer inquiries
• Replenish product inventory and keep the inventory level stable
• Stay up to date on Amazon FBA policies, standards, fees, and other FBA-related guidelines
• Open cases to find solutions for any problems that occur

Requirements

• Specific experience with Amazon Marketing Services and Amazon Adverting is preferred
• Postsecondary Business/Marketing Diploma or recognized equivalent certification related to the work being carried out would be preferred
• Has a minimum of two years practical experience managing an Amazon FBA store
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and proficient with Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• High attention to details
• Reliable and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
• An understanding of managing Excess Inventory and keeping a steady IPI score and Account Health
• A bonus would be any knowledge or experience with Helium 10 or Jungle Scout
• FBM experience would be beneficial
