Digital Sales Coordinator

Grandtag Financial is distinctive by educating various tax and financial planning strategies to public which most are not efficiently advised in the market. We are currently seeking a Digital Sales Coordinator to work with our professional team in sales and marketing operations.

Primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing digital campaigns: you will be handling all marketing channels and their performance: SEO/SEM, email, paid social media, Facebook Ads and Google Ads.

• Online seminar: you will be set up and monitor online seminars through Youtube and zoom

• Analytics: you will gather insights and use them to assess items such as channel/site traffic and usage and publishing requests.

• Customer relations: you will be answering customer questions via the website Product Q&A feature. Answering questions requires quite a bit of research, problem-solving, handling all inbound/outbound media inquiries from the social media and seminar, and customer relationship management.

• Content management: you will be managing content across our social media pages and public sites to ensure we communicate to our clients in a visually compelling, clear, and consistent way.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working with a digital marketing or e-commerce team with expertise in web content development and managing an online platform

• Mature and responsible

• Presentable with proven excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• High computer literacy (including proficiency in MS Office) and social media knowledge and skills

• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook and Youtube

• Ability to communicate in Cantonese and Mandarin will be an asset

• Experience in the insurance/investment industry an asset

Remuneration: Subject to experience + benefits + discretionary annual bonus
