MaxSys staffing is currently seeking an experienced alphanumeric data entry operator for our client in the Moncton area. This is a Monday through Friday 4:00pm-12:00am position in a warehouse environment. The pay rate for this position will start at $16/hr.

As a data entry specialist, your responsibility is to process incoming/outgoing product in a timely fashion, with accurate results within established guidelines. You will be responsible for working/managing reports and processes. You will work closely with operations and internal departments to ensure presentation of accurate product within the establishment.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To

• Enter freight bills in an accurate and timely manner from a variety of mediums
• Adding freight bills to trip; printing handling records, trip manifest and bar codes
• Freight bill entry coding
• Other duties to meet the ongoing needs of the department
  

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes:

• Previous knowledge in the transportation industry is an asset.
• Understanding of TMW systems is considered an asset.
• Must have previous data entry experience
• Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines
• Ability to type greater than 40 wpm
• Proficient in MS products such as Outlook and Excel
• Ability to prioritize and effectively handle changing priorities
• Work well in a team environment
• Must be detail oriented
• Strong English language skills (written and spoken)
• Education – minimum high school diploma, business related program an asset
