Kalsoft has an opening for a Customer Service Representative. This is a direct-hire position and the pay rate is $27 USD per hour. This is a 1st shift position with a schedule of Monday-Friday. This is a remote position.Position SummaryResponsible for processing customer orders from a variety of sources, resolving issues and delivering information in an accurate and time-sensitive manner. Build, Support and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.Duties & ResponsibilitiesUtilize the ERP system to enter orders, review inventory, process shipments, provide invoices and other tasks.Develop in-depth knowledge of products offered.Liaison with the Amazon system for orders, pricing, confirmations and case management.Interact with other web order interfaces to retrieve and process orders.Follow established procedures in logging information.Provide phone support to customers.Escalate issues when necessary.Communicate with the Production and Logistics teams.Experience NeededHigh School Diploma requiredMinimum Of Years Of Customer Service ExperienceExperience working with an ERP systemEffective communication skills (both verbal and written).Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Superior phone etiquetteExcellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately input information.Knowledge of and experience working with Material Resource Planning (MRP).
