Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

• Participating in audits of various institutional and non-profit organizations.
• Assisting in completion of compilations and review engagements for small to medium sized businesses.
• Preparation of personal and corporate tax returns.
• Performing other related accounting functions.
  
  

A successful candidate will have:

• University degree, Accounting major
• Enrolled in, or eligible to enter the CPA PEP program.
• Experience with computer software such as; Quickbooks, Caseware, Spreadsheets(Excel) and with Tax Programs (Tax Prep) is an asset.
• Public accounting experience is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and an ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong understanding of a client-focused environment including related deadlines and the ability to work to meet those deadlines.
• Sound judgment regarding confidential and sensitive matters.
