Counter Associate (FT)

• Ensure new and existing clientele are satisfied and will return every time. This is our #1 priority at all times.
• Ensuring the protocols are followed, the store is open on time and all tasks are completed thoroughly.
• Ensuring the store is well presented, organized and constantly monitored.
• Ensuring the invoices are correct, the product quality is good, the product is recorded and displayed to specification.
• Checking dates, record keeping, inventory, sampling, rotating etc.
• Cleaning, organization and store maintenance.
• Greeting and communicating with customers

• Previous POS/cash experience preferred. Food industry experience is also an asset.
• Flexible and full weekend availability required, able to work opening and closing shifts.
• Able to work shifts between 8:00 am - 9:00 pm.
• Strong work ethic.
• Able to work as part of a team and independently.
• Able to handle a fast-paced schedule.
• Has a passion for local foods and cooking.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Able to stand through the entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 40lbs repeatedly.
• Has some related experience in food service or customer service.
