At Amaris, we take at heart to give our candidates the best recruitment experience possible. We like to get to know our candidates, challenge them and be able to give them the proper feedback in the shortest amount of time. Here is what our recruitment process looks like:
Short call : Our process usually start with a brief virtual/phone chat to touch base with you ! The objective ? Understand who you are, what are your drivers and make sure we have the right offer for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 – the number can vary according the seniority of the position) During the interviews, you will meet people from our team : your direct manager of course but also other roles that are linked to your future role. We will go in-depth about you, your experiences and skills but also the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris : Our culture, our roots, our teams and your career opportunities !
(Practical Case): Depending on the position, we might ask you to take a test. It could include role-playing, technical assessment, problem solving scenario and so on.
