  • With a valid BC Residential Builder’s License or hold 20+ valid CPD points;
  • 2-3 years in a construction management role;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of construction project management principles, budgets, processes, systems and techniques;
  • Fluent English and Cantonese or Mandarin as a second language.
