PH8 Beauty Boutique is the largest spa and salon in the north, offering full spa and hair services and products.

Description of the function

Responsibilities:

• Provide consistent, professional hair services according to departmental procedures, in a professional and courteous manner;
• Provide information and education to guests on all services and retail products;
• Respond to guest’s concerns and complaints positively and proactively;
• Welcome guests to the salon and conduct salon tours as needed;
• Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a thriving work environment;
• Represent PH8 Beauty Boutique with a positive, creative and professional image;
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of all services, products, and activities available at PH8 Beauty Boutique;
• Properly operate, maintain and clean all styling stations and restock supplies as needed.

Profile description

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Certificates/Diploma in Hairstyling from a reputable institution is required to qualify for this position (preference will be given to applicants with 2+ years of hairstyling experience)
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in wedding and event up-do’s preferred
• Communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong team player
