We are looking for a Client Experience Coordinator based out of Vancouver, BC, who values the professional satisfaction of delivering thoughtful, compassionate care to the highest standards. The Client Experience Coordinator helps to create a seamless client experience and ensures that client needs are met. They are responsible for coordinating check in at the reception area and addressing any client questions or concerns as they come into the clinic. They address patient questions in person, by email and over the phone and provide phone and support fax coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming clients and visitors, verifying their information, and checking them in upon arrival.
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Cleaning the waiting room between clients, distributing masks and encouraging hand sanitation.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries
  • Manage client requests and answer client questions on an ongoing basis via phone and email.
  • Miscellaneous office duties as required.

  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service experience to all clients and visitors.
  • A customer service-oriented background.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English.
  • Effective interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use applicable computer equipment and software.
