The Role

PepsiCo has a current opening for a Licensed Class 1 Driver.

The Delivery Driver contributes to the success of PepsiCo Foods by delivering products to stores within an established route to regular customers, including large format stores such as Costco. This is a permanent, full time position starting as soon as possible.

Hourly Rate:$26.85/hour

Shift Details

• Any Shift availability
• Shifts are subject to change as business needs require

Key Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Deliver product to scheduled customers
• Drive a diesel tractor according to standards
• Prepare the trailers in time
• Inspection of equipment
• Customer Service - Establish positive working relationships with primary contact at each account
• Complete fully and accurately all necessary paperwork
• Perform all assigned duties in a safe and productive manner. Report all incidents.

Qualifications/Requirements

• An AZ license/Class 1 (no exceptions), clean abstract and current medical are pre-requisites for these positions, and the successful applicants must be willing to work on any shift
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Results oriented
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
• Able to lift 50 pds
• Proficiency with computers
• Flexible to scheduling and willing to meet demands of business

Pre-selection requirement

• Theoritical and practical test
• Driving record to be provided
• Medical test
