Business/System Analyst

• Description:* Aston Carter’s client is looking to add a Business/System Analyst (customer service representative) to their team on a 6-month contract. This contract has the possibility to extend. Working from home, you will be expected to make approx. 5-10 outbound calls per day. This role is best suited to someone who is tech-savvy and has the ability to work within multiple systems. Duties:
• Run preset workflows
• Adhoc analysis:
• Merchant outreach. *Additional Skills & Qualifications:* Must Haves:
• Years of experience: 1-3 years of analytical experience (pulling reports, creating spreadsheets, data, etc.)
• Communication: Strong command of the English language
• Software: G Suite Experience & MS Office (EXCEL TESTING REQUIRED)
• Education: Associate’s degree Nice to Have:
• Industry: Call Center experience
