What can you expect?

We are currently hiring full-time bus drivers for our exciting 2022/2023 winter season.

Sunshine Village will reimburse all costs associated towards Class 4 Alberta Driver’s Licence training for eligible candidates. Also, staff accommodations are available for many of our Bus Driver positions, plus competitive wages. Apply today to join our team in the magical Rocky Mountains!

Our Bus Drivers are required to safely transport Sunshine Village guests a nd staff from Banff and Canmore to the resort each day . They are required to greet customers and adhere punctually to the bus schedule. Weekends and holidays are Sunshine’s busiest periods. The ideal candidate will be available during these times.    

This job might be right for you if you think you would really enjoy:

• Providing safe and reliable transportation for our guests and staff around Banff, Canmore and Sunshine Village,
• Warmly i nteracting with guests as a first point of contact and sharing your knowledge about our awesome resort,
• H ighway driving and navigating the gondola base area,
• Maintaining vehicle logbooks.
  
  

And You Have

• A valid Class 1, 2 with air brake endorsement,
• Or a valid Class 4 Alberta driver’s license,
• Or o ther valid Alberta driver’s license classes and a willingness to learn or upgrade,
• A clean drivers abstract (from the past three years) and are over the age of 21 upon, commencement of employment,
• S ome vehicle mechanical knowledge ( considered an asset ),
• A friendly, cheerful personality - you like talking to people,
• Great communication skills,
• Availabi lity to work flexible schedules e.g., days, weekends, holidays, nights, extended hours.
