Position Summary:

We’re offering a key position, a mix of specialty, for an exceptional individual! In collaboration with Managers, you will be in charge of managing all aspects of the talent attraction and acquisition process for head office employees. You will have the full confidence of your HR Manager, who has a participative leadership style and will act as a coach on a day-to-day basis. You will be an important member of the Human Resources and Communications team, which is known for its synergy, respect for people’s views, and great openness to creativity. Your objective will be to optimize our position as a quality employer.

Your challenge with us:

  • Maximize the hiring of top talent by optimizing the quality of the selection and onboarding process:
  • assess needs and provide effective follow-up, create attractive job posting, provide follow-up on administrative process, provide advice and training for managers, ensure the continuous improvement of interview tools, and enhance the induction and integration of new employees.
  • Develop recruitment pools by staying connected to the job market and social media:
  • promote the strategy to attract young talent through partnerships with schools and universities, and internship, scholarship, career days, etc.
  • use the Web and social media to feed your recruitment strategy and to find the best candidates.
  • Develop recruitment strategies in close collaboration with managers and the HRM.
  • Promote the wise use of the candidate management system with the goal of improving the efficiency of the recruitment process and maximizing the candidate experience.
  • Participate in employer brand and key positions development strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
  • Good knowledge of the Web and of social media
  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Knowledge of Lumesse (TAS), Workday (HRIS), CrossKnowledge (LMS) and Google suite
