Responsibilities:

• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
• Retail Cashiering; Check proper identification to sell liquor.
• Customer service includes greeting customers upon entry, waiting on customers, including but not limited to: finding items on shelves, recommending and selling merchandise to customers
• Stock and face products on shelves
• Cash out, balance till, complete cash out report
• Follow store and government policies and regulations
• Maintain the store environment including cleaning, dusting, and actions ensuring workplace safety
• Maintaining product stock levels
• Ordering alcohol through online portal

Requirements:

• Must have Smart Choices Certification
• Must have clean Criminal Record
• Must be currently a resident in Canada with a valid working permit.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Fluent in English
• Eager to make a positive difference in the employees and guests who we see daily
• Hotel/Restaurant/Management/Supervisor Experience required
• Experience managing social media accounts an asset

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $19.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Winnipeg, MB R2C 3A8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required)

Shift availability:
