Barbacks

Duties and Responsibilities as Barbacks:
Put the guests’ needs first. Help any teammate when necessary to ensure all guests are taken care of
Has strong knowledge of our culinary offerings
Runs food and gives in depth explanations of all dishes to guests
Assist bartenders with guest service and bar maintenance
Keep bar stocked with all essentials for service ie ice, liquor, wine, garnishes, ect
Wash and polish all glassware
Change kegs, clean and maintain all storage spaces ie keg fridge and liquor room

Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience working in fast pace, casual fine dining atmosphere preferred but not required
Has some food knowledge
Thrives in a team environment
A passion for learning, and teaching others new skills about hospitality practices and leadership
Responsible and trustworthy
Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
Smart Serve certified
