Banking Associate

We are currently seeking a solicitor to join our Lending & Insolvency team as an Associate. We would like to speak to candidates with broad based commercial lending and commercial real estate experience.

Koffman Kalef LLP is a mid-sized business law firm of approximately 33 lawyers located in the heart of downtown Vancouver, practicing in the areas of banking, real estate, securities, corporate/commercial transactions, tax and litigation. 2+ years of lending, commercial real estate, and/or corporate law experience;
Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills;-
Superior judgement and business acumen;
Excellent communication skills;
Motivated & proactive mindset.
