We are searching for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Bar Manager. If you have a passion for bartending, crafting exceptional experiences, managing social media accounts, programming unforgettable events, and driving advertising campaigns, this position is tailor-made for you!

Responsibilities:

Bartending:We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages.

Staff Scheduling: Create and manage a comprehensive schedule for our bar staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours and special events.

Event Programming: Develop an engaging lineup of events and promotions to keep our patrons entertained and excited. From live music nights to themed parties, your creativity will shine as you curate unforgettable experiences.

Advertising: Utilize your marketing prowess to design and implement advertising campaigns that will captivate our target audience. From social media strategies to print materials, your innovative ideas will help drive foot traffic and boost our venue’s reputation.

Requirements:

Previous Bar experience: You have a proven track record of success in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to lead and inspire a team while achieving outstanding results.

Exceptional organizational skills: You excel at managing complex schedules and juggling multiple priorities, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Creative mindset: You have a knack for designing unique events and promotions that will leave our guests eagerly anticipating their next visit.

Marketing and advertising expertise: You possess a deep understanding of effective marketing strategies and can craft compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

Excellent communication skills: You are a natural communicator, able to build relationships with both staff and customers. Your friendly demeanor and professionalism will create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Save Serve Certificate: Having your safe serve certificate is a requirement for this position
