• Excellente opportunité pour un SPÉCIALISTE DE L’APPROVISIONNEMENT EN MATÉRIEL motivé qui cherche à faire évoluer sa carrière dans l’une des principales entreprises de l’aérospatiale !*
• DESCRIPTION :* Spécialiste de l’approvisionnement en matériel
• Ils sont le lien entre la production (qui a besoin de la pièce) et la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement (ce sont les personnes qui commandent les pièces).
• Il prend les besoins en matériel de la production et se procure les pièces lui-même.
• Ils s’assurent que tous les délais sont respectés
• Ils se coordonnent avec l’équipe de gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement pour clarifier les délais, ils répondent aux demandes d’interchangeabilité (par exemple, si la chaîne d’approvisionnement dit qu’elle ne peut pas fournir cette pièce mais qu’il existe une autre pièce qu’elle peut utiliser).
• Ils vérifient le matériel à son arrivée, en ce qui concerne la quantité, la certification pour installer les pièces.
• Ils organisent le retour du matériel restant ou inutilisable au client ou à l’entrepôt (back shop en Allemagne).
• Ils s’occupent du C&E, c’est une étagère d’urgence qui contient certaines pièces et ils ont un petit inventaire pour l’urgence.
• Ils gèrent également certains consommables pour la production, lorsqu’ils sont liés aux manuels des moteurs. Par exemple, un ruban adhésif spécifique pour un manuel spécifique pour faire le travail, ils doivent garder une trace de l’inventaire qui suit des directives strictes.
• Ils travaillent sur des projets avec d’autres départements sur la façon dont le matériel est organisé pour la production.
• Ils coordonnent en interne avec l’équipe de planification toute clarification du matériel sur une base quotidienne (exemple : si un article dans l’entrepôt a été placé par accident ou où il doit aller dans l’atelier de production).
• COMPÉTENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS :*
• OBLIGATOIRES :*
• 1 à 2 ans d’expérience dans la chaîne d’approvisionnement, la logistique ou la gestion du matériel.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais
• MS office

• DESCRIPTION:* Material supply specialist
• They are the link between production (they need the part) and supply chain management (are the people that order the parts)
• They are taking the material requirement from production and sourcing the parts themselves
• They ensure that all the time requirements are met
• They will coordinate with supply chain management team on if there are any clarification needed on timeline, they will engage with interchangeability request (example: if supply chain says cannot give this part but is there something else, they can use)
• They verify the material when it arrives, regarding quantity, certification to install parts
• They organize the return of left over or unserviceable material back to the customer or the warehouse (back shop in Germany)
• They take care of C&E, its an emergency shelf that holds certain parts and they have small inventory for emergency.
• They also manage some consumable for production, when they are engine manual related. Example: specific tape for a specific manual to do job, they need to keep track of inventory that follow strict guideline
• They work on projects with other departments on how material is being organized for production
• They coordinate internally with planning team for any material clarification on a daily basis (example: if Item in warehouse was placed by accident or where it needs to go on production floor)
• SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:* **
• MUST HAVES:*
• 1-2+ years of supply chain experience/ logistics or material management
• English first
• MS office
• ASSETS:*
• Material Logistic Agent experience
• Aerospace experience
