Due to the growth this company has already experienced, our client has added this new position of Accounting Manager to assist in leading the Accounting Department.

Working fully in-office, you will be reporting to the Director of Finance. This Accounting Manager will have 2 direct reports, and will be responsible for:

• Reviewing the direct reports work and providing coaching and mentorship
• Month End closing in 3 days
• Budgeting, Analysis, and Forecasting
• Cash Flow and Financial Review
• Assisting in the ERP Implementation
• Additional duties as assigned

Compensation:

• Base Salary $80-95K depending on experience.
• 20% Annual performance based bonus

Qualifications:

• CPA Designation with at least 2 years of work experience post designation
• Minimum 3 years of Full Cycle Accounting
• Manufacturing Industry experience is considered an asset
• ERP implementation experience is considered an asset
