St. Albert Public Schools is currently recruiting a Part Time, Temporary, Educational Assistant 4 for a work assignment at Wild Rose Elementary School.

More than 9000 students are enrolled in St. Albert Public Schools. From Preschool to Grade 12, our students learn and succeed in programs that are recognized for excellence and their focus on citizenship and sound values.

Hours of Work : 27.5 hrs. /week; 5.5 hrs./day; Monday-Friday; Part Time, Temporary

Hourly Rate: $20.56 per hour, as per the CUPE Collective Agreement

Start Date: As soon as possible

Specific Needs/Requirements for this position:
Formal Post-Secondary training is preferred

Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training an asset

Preferred candidates would have experience working with elementary students

Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team an asset

Experience working with students with various diverse learning and behavioural needs an asset

Candidates will have experience working with students with Autism

Experience implementing IPP goals and positive behavior support plan strategies an asset
