Your Opportunity:In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay.Description:As a Working Leader, you will orientate, support, and continuously coach Surgical Processors. This may include setting priorities according to shift and daily requirements within the department while ensuring policies/procedures and standards are adhered to. You will act as a formal resource to department staff and may act as a delegate for management on operational issues.
