Position Overview

We are currently hiring experienced warehouse team members to join our team to help us pick, pack, & unload containers in our 240,000 sq ft warehouse in Markham, ON. You’ll be part of a team that helps ship over $5 billion of e-commerce orders a year.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Pulls and packs products based on daily orders using tablets, mobile scanners, and desktop computers.
• Loading and unloading shipments and containers.
• Meets specifics of customer orders in a timely manner.
• Keeps products separated, organized and in good rotation.
• Utilizes continuous improvement mindset and assists in identifying opportunities to improve processes.
• Follows good manufacturing practices and required work safe practices.
• Maintains a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
• Able to work overtime when necessary.
• Follow company policies including Workplace Health and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized fulfillment department and warehouse to achieve maximum results.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Fulfillment Management.

Qualifications and Skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience in picking/packing, receiving, inventory and/or Fulfillment.
• Able to operate various pieces of equipment/technology (e.g. tablets, desktop computers, pallet jacks, etc).
• Ability to tolerate potentially long periods of time on your feet.
• Team player with a high level of urgency. Able to problem solve and take initiative when needed.
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Highly organized & detail oriented.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal orientated.
• Accomplish other tasks as needed in the warehouse.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
