Warehouse Technician 2 - Afternoon Shift

The Role:

The Warehouse Technician 2 will contribute to the success of PepsiCo Foods Canada by acting as a leader within our warehouse teams. The Warehouse Technician 2 will be required to provide day-to-day leadership in our operational/technical tasks, attend leadership meetings, and provide general floor support.

What you’ll be working on:
  • SAP for Releasing presell and prepick orders, Receiving and trailer adjustments, Inventory reconciliation, and Invoicing.
  • Pick Work Manager (PWM) for Releasing presell and prepick orders.
  • IPM for Releasing orders and Labor planning.
  • ICS for Inventory.
  • DRP for Trailer planning

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Warehouse experience
  • Forklift experience would be an asset
  • Proven results through team work and focus
  • Leadership capability/communication shown through previous experiences
  • Strong professional image with ethical standards, integrity, and objectivity
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members
  • Ability to coach/train/support frontline team members
  • Problem-solving and group facilitation skills
  • Strong technical and computer skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results
  • Ability to work under and pressure
