The Opportunity:

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be a key leader in our Toronto fulfillment center leading a team to drive operational efficiency and employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the warehouse operates at maximum efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal by managing, organizing, training, and providing direction for a team of warehouse employees
  • Achieving all operational goals and service levels alongside the operations leadership team
  • Finding creative solutions for day-to-day operational challenges
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment ensuring policies and procedures are followed

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily activities of the warehouse including order fulfillment, quality assurance, inventory control, and logistics coordination
  • Manage eCommerce order fulfillment while achieving established service levels
  • Work directly with our Customer Support and Account Manager teams to ensure client deliverables are met
  • Oversee dynamic and changing customer needs such as special packaging, kitting, and bundling projects
  • Lead a highly productive and engaged team while removing obstacles to drive operational efficiencies
  • Support new client onboarding and creative fulfillment processes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience leading an operations team in a warehouse environment
  • Ability to learn new technologies and custom proprietary softwares quickly
  • Ability to hire, coach, train, and manage a team of close to 10 employees
  • An ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast paced changing environment
  • Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Understanding of OHSA and regulatory compliance is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
